Terms of service.

These terms apply to anyone using firstreactions.app or its services — creators uploading content for reactions, reactors providing reactions, and visitors to the site. By using firstreactions you agree to these terms.

The service is operated by NeighborhoodConnect Ltd (company number 17051993), registered at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@firstreactions.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must be 18 or older to hold an account.

You retain ownership of everything you upload — your tracks, videos, images, and text. By uploading you grant us a limited licence to process the content solely to deliver your reactions and report.

You promise you have the rights to whatever you upload, and that it doesn’t infringe anyone else’s copyright, trademark, or other rights.

Reaction videos are provided to you with a broad commercial licence to use in your creative process, promotional materials, and social content. Reactor identities may be anonymised on request.

You may not resell reactor videos as standalone products, use them to harass or mislead reactors, or attribute statements to reactors they didn’t make.

You may not upload content that’s illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, promotes violence, contains malware, or that you don’t have the rights to share. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules, without refund.

Your first 3 reactions are free and produce a preview of the report. The full report unlocks on a paid plan. Pricing follows the plan you select on the Pricing section of the home page. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel or downgrade any time from account settings; the change applies at the end of the current billing cycle.

All sales are final.Reactions consumed cannot be refunded — each recording passes an automated quality check before we accept it, and unusable submissions never charge your balance. Credits included in your monthly plan reset at the start of each cycle; unused credits roll over exactly one month. Credit top-ups don’t expire.

Delivery failure exception.If a whole batch fails to deliver on our side — enough reactors can’t be sourced, the report system breaks, we can’t recover the recordings — email hello@firstreactions.app within 30 days and we’ll refund or re-run the batch at our discretion.

We aim for high uptime but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and incidents are reported at firstreactions.app/status.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss arising from your use of firstreactions is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost revenue, missed opportunities, etc.).

You can close your account any time. We can suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. On termination we delete personal data as described in the Privacy policy.

If we materially change these terms we’ll email account holders and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
